Position Available: Heavy Civil Superintendent - Houston, Texas

An experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent is needed to manage large-scale infrastructure construction projects in Houston, Texas. This role requires expertise in heavy civil construction, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate schedules and resources with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage project plans, including budgets and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Lead construction teams, fostering accountability, safety, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed project records and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Expertise in managing large infrastructure projects like highways or bridges.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA certification preferred.
