Job Description:
Contract and Billing Coordinator (Fresno, CA)Compensation Range: $20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. D.O.E.
Employment type: full time, onsite
Overview:Looking to add a talented individual who likes working with people and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Must be friendly, energetic and reliable.
PC Responsibilities to include but limited to:
- Distribute contracts
- Process required contract specific documentation
- Order and manage products
- Customer invoicing, including monthly payment applications
- Manage project documents from contract execution through final billing and payment.
- Work hand in hand as sales support to assure smooth transition of paperwork, products, installation and happy clientele.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Strong organization and communication skills are a must.
- Previous administrative experience in commercial flooring or construction is required!
