Contract and Billing Coordinator (Fresno, CA)

Compensation Range: $20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. D.O.E.

Employment type: full time, onsite

Overview:

Looking to add a talented individual who likes working with people and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Must be friendly, energetic and reliable.

PC Responsibilities to include but limited to:
  • Distribute contracts
  • Process required contract specific documentation
  • Order and manage products
  • Customer invoicing, including monthly payment applications
  • Manage project documents from contract execution through final billing and payment.
  • Work hand in hand as sales support to assure smooth transition of paperwork, products, installation and happy clientele.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Strong organization and communication skills are a must.
  • Previous administrative experience in commercial flooring or construction is required!
