We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Engineering team at our US office.
About the Job • Responsible for keeping close interactions with the developers of the projects, to ensure that each lagoon is designed and built according to Crystal Lagoons requirements, specifications, and standards. • The involvement will be as early as conceptual, with more focus during the design and construction stages.
Specific Responsabilities • Lead each assigned project's basic design. • Develop documentation for each project under design and construction. • Develop technical and economic proposals, following up the whole purchasing process until delivery. • Support design process to achieve final construction sets of documents and drawings. • Support during the construction phase of the lagoon projects, providing assistance and/or performing technical designs and construction site visits, inspections of the equipment and tracking every process of the project. • Meetings with clients, suppliers and/or others that will ensure the proper outcome for the project. • Availability to travel, primarily within the US territory. • Participating in any potential new project that requires the technical team's support. • Propose improvements based on operational projects.
Requirements • Civil Engineering degree, prefered diploma in structural or mechanical/hydraulics engineering. • 1-4 years of experience working as a project manager or project engineer. • Working experience in water treatment plants or mechanical and/or hydraulic projects is desirable. • Possess working experience with investors, Engineers of Record, General Contractors, and construction subcontractors. • Fluent in English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken). • Software knowledge requirements: Advanced in Microsoft Office and intermediate level in Revit.
