As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the face of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting employees in various capacities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
Conduct weekly inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, including express deliveries.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and installations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchens, supply rooms, and reception areas.
Manage security access, issue employee access cards, and update related records.
Assist with employee desk moves, relocations, and reorganization projects.
Oversee conference room scheduling and visitor access.
Act as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, maintaining emergency documents and assisting during drills.
Support administrative tasks such as archiving files, ordering supplies, and assisting with employee onboarding/offboarding.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
