Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant at Frontera Capital Advisors in Miami, FL. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as travel and calendar maintenance and office management roles.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Discretion and confidentiality
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience in handling travel arrangements and calendar management
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
