1. Independently collect data as assigned that is focused on the quality, efficacy and functionality of existing products.
2. Conduct high quality experimentation on assigned projects of short duration.
3. Use assigned batch sheets to manufacture laboratory formulations.
4. Be trained in laboratory animal handling and manipulation.
5. Acquire certifications in American Association of Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) as required.
6. Have willingness to assist in conducting product performance and toxicology studies in strict conformity with current GLP guidelines.
7. Ensure accurate and timely data recording into the ELN.
8. Use existing project management software to supply the current state of assigned work.
9. Learn appropriate GLP guidelines for relevant laboratory operations.
10. Perform facilities maintenance and record keeping under GLP standards as required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: B.S. in a scientific discipline or at least.
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience conducting experimentation in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
KNOWEDLEGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Enjoy working on a variety of projects assigned daily or weekly. This role will focus on whichever projects become prioritized and prioritization may change frequently. Provide high-quality work products with minimal oversight. Be willing to work weekend and holiday hours as needed on a rotation with colleagues. Thrive in a rapidly changing, goal driven environment. Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
