This position pays: $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
Location: Brea, CA
Schedule: Temporary assignment for 3-6 months. Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
What you will be doing:
Supporting recruiters by scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
Coordinating schedules using Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Double-checking and verifying all details to ensure accuracy.
Managing follow-ups and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Taking initiative to resolve scheduling conflicts and acting with urgency to meet deadlines.
What you bring:
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to be assertive yet professional.
A sense of urgency and the ability to follow up and follow through on tasks.
Experience coordinating complex schedules and working collaboratively in a team environment.
