Hancock Firm is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support our Litigation Coordinator and join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and take direction with minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities:
Organize and update electronic files.
Label, organize and prepare hard copy binders.
Compose, format and proofread various materials.
Coordinate client meetings and teleconferences.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
Assist with firm calendar.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).
Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to work with and take direction from multiple individuals.
Strong time management skills.
Two years of prior experience in an office environment.
This is an on-site, full-time position. Our office is located at 4601 Washington Avenue, Suite 280, Houston, Texas 77007. Our hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.
