What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with global clients, internal product managers, sales teams, and developers.
Strengthening client relationships while upselling new product releases.
Becoming the go-to expert for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
About you:
2+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success, Client Services or Account Management role
Ideally, some experience working within the Cruise or wider maritime sector
Strong communication skills, able to speak with team members and clients across the globe
Located in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL
