Job Description:

Brand Marketing Manager

The Brand Marketing Manager will work to support the company's Public Relations, Social Media, and Events teams. The BMM's role is to raise awareness for the Montce brand, drive engagement, maintain positive brand sentiment, and create compelling conversation around Montce while remaining ROI-focused. The BMM should have experience in growing and scaling an influencer marketing program within the fashion industry, event production, creator management (especially Tik Toks creator marketplace), and general social media and industry knowledge.

The BMM will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Director, and retail teams, as well as the E-Comm and content teams. The Brand Marketing Manager is also responsible for all communications with key external partners relating to PR and the media.

-Serve as the main liaison between Montce's marketing team and their PR agency.
  • Distribute daily coverage to marketing teams.
  • Field all incoming requests involving external media and partnerships
  • Ensure prompt coordination in timely matters
  • Help developing and approve target lists
  • Analyze performance
  • Facilitate giftings

-Manage all events; including brand-level events, and smaller store-level activations.
  • Lead monthly meetings with the retail teams to ideate new ways to drive consumer engagement and raise brand awareness
  • Week-of/Day-of event coordination
  • Maintain checklists for decor, catering, entertainment, etc
  • Manage invites/guestlist and dressing for events
  • Secure sponsors for events
  • Identify and pitch relevant contacts for potential partnerships

-Influencer / Creator marketing (paid / unpaid)
  • Build strategy, identify opportunities / targets
  • Approve creators, set terms, and negotiate collaborations
  • Develop creative briefs
  • Develop new, and maintain existing VIP, press + influencer relationships
  • Manage digital affiliate campaigns on ShopMy, LTK, Shopify Collabs, TikTok Shop and social media as needed
  • Track marketing inventory budgets and generate monthly reports
  • Generate reports, and continually optimize for results

  • Analyze socials and generate monthly performance reports
  • General assistance with social media scheduling and posting as needed
