Job Description:

Our client, the Houston office of a national law firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with their Office Manager.

Duties:
  • Maintaining calendar
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Assist with event planning
  • Processing expense reports
  • Assist with hiring process including completing reference checks, onboarding, and training
  • Help plan and execute intern programs

  • Excellent time-management, able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Upbeat, energetic team player who is self-motivated and can work independently
  • High proficiency with MS Office(365)
  • Occasional travel and Overtime may be required
  • 3+ years of experience as admin or executive assistant in a corporate or professional environment
