Our client, the Houston office of a national law firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with their Office Manager.
Duties:
Maintaining calendar
Coordinating appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Assist with event planning
Processing expense reports
Assist with hiring process including completing reference checks, onboarding, and training
Help plan and execute intern programs
Attributes:

Able to effectively communicate

Excellent time-management, able to multi-task
Attention to detail
Upbeat, energetic team player who is self-motivated and can work independently
High proficiency with MS Office(365)
Occasional travel and Overtime may be required
3+ years of experience as admin or executive assistant in a corporate or professional environment
