A global full-service provider of engineering and pre-commissioning cleaning services is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and skilled in communication. Communicating effectively, the new team member will ensure smooth office operations by efficiently managing job responsibilities, maintaining a welcoming reception area, and supporting various office needs.

Type of Position: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, transfer, or take messages.
Maintain reception area clean at all times.
Greet visitors.
Process incoming and outgoing mail stamp and distribute to corresponding personnel.
Process incoming and outgoing package deliveries, either by FedEx, DHL, or UPS based on destination and priority.
Maintain kitchen as well as purchase supplies online or in person.
File (Accounts Payable, Corporate, Tax, Project), copy, print, fax, and scan as needed by staff.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the administrative assistant.
Create training certificates when needed.
Perform general errands such as post office and bank when needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma, some college preferred
MS office experience needed
Be able to clearly communicate the result of their work verbally as well as in writing
Must be friendly and able to work well with others within business processes
Collaborate, cooperate, and frequently work with all company technical advisors, salesmen, project engineers, and other office personnel
Maintain an open and transparent line of communication with the entire staff
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times
