We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Contract Data Entry Clerk for an entry-level, 4-month contract role. This position supports our contract management process and requires a hybrid work arrangement in The Woodlands, Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
Email Management:
Review notices and tasks received in the Outlook Inbox.
Accurately log all relevant information into a SharePoint list.
Client Communication:
Draft and send emails to internal business unit clients to request approval for contract renewals.
Status Updates:
Respond to inquiries from business unit representatives using information from the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and other internal tools.
Contract File Organization:
Clean up and organize electronic legacy contract files for better accessibility and compliance.
Qualifications
Entry-level position; prior experience in contract management, legal, or data entry roles is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, such as DocuSign CLM, is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills, particularly for drafting professional emails.
