Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Contract Data Entry Clerk for an entry-level, 4-month contract role. This position supports our contract management process and requires a hybrid work arrangement in The Woodlands, Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

The contractor will perform the following tasks:

Email Management:
  • Review notices and tasks received in the Outlook Inbox.
  • Accurately log all relevant information into a SharePoint list.

Client Communication:
  • Draft and send emails to internal business unit clients to request approval for contract renewals.

Status Updates:
  • Respond to inquiries from business unit representatives using information from the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and other internal tools.

Contract File Organization:
  • Clean up and organize electronic legacy contract files for better accessibility and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Entry-level position; prior experience in contract management, legal, or data entry roles is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, such as DocuSign CLM, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly for drafting professional emails.

  • Location: Hybrid; must be able to work onsite in The Woodlands, Houston, TX, and remotely as needed.
