What You'll Do:
Assist in managing fixed asset accounting and ensure compliance from a financial statement perspective in the rental industry.
Support general ledger activities and assist with audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational and financial goals.
Provide support to the Controller and assist in leading departmental initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred. Experience with fixed assets and financial statements in a rental-focused business is highly valued.
Software Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems
Personality Fit: A collaborative, approachable professional with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a team environment.
Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional local travel for inventory audits.
