Job Description
Job Summary: As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be the in-house expert responsible for managing our marketing plan and calendar while optimizing our HubSpot portal. Your role will focus on executing email campaigns, maintaining system functionality, integrating tools, managing lists, and supporting client communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our HubSpot portal, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns, tracking performance metrics and optimizing for engagement.
Create and manage contact lists to ensure segmentation accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Oversee system requirements, including updates, troubleshooting, and customization to meet organizational needs.
Manage integrations with third-party tools and software, ensuring seamless functionality.
Collaborate with team members to design workflows, automation, and communication strategies that align with business goals.
Serve as the primary contact for HubSpot-related support, ensuring team members can effectively utilize the platform.
Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve campaigns, processes, and client engagement.
Assist in client communication by creating templates, forms, and tools that enhance outreach and interactions.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience managing HubSpot portals and executing email marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of HubSpot tools, workflows, list management, and integrations.
Experience with marketing automation, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding data management and segmentation.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
HubSpot certifications are a plus.
