Our Streaming client is looking for a Sr. Growth Analyst to be apart of the Growth team within the DTC line of business. This person needs to be a fusion of creative and analytical thinking. They need to have experience analyzing campaigns within DTC and Direct response within Meta platforms. Data analysis is a huge part of this role. They will be living in Excel. there are 3 components to this role: creative, optimization, and deck building. Optimization and Analysis will be about 65%, creative will be about 25%, and the rest is focused on deck building. This role is Hybrid and will require 3x on-site in Santa Monica.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-3 years of experience as a Growth Analyst specific to DTC and Direct Response Campaigns
-3 years of experience living and breathing in Excel, specifically for data analysis (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookups, etc)
-Needs to have a keen eye for creative marketing and building decks
-Needs to be open to working OT and longer hours
-Bachelors is required
Compensation:
$48/hr to $58/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
