FOODINI is a VC backed food tech startup which launched across Australia in 2023, and has now expanded into the US market. Foodini is dedicated to improving the lives of people with dietary needs and food allergies. Foodini connects people with dietary needs to the restaurants and menu items that are most suitable for them, by showing them exactly what they can eat on each menu, across 185+ diets and allergens.
Foodini has 15 employees across the US, Australia and Asia. In addition to our consumer app (110k+ users in Australia), we work directly with venues - check out https://www.sweetfin.com/menu (Dietary/Allergy Menu); are in the process of rolling out at multiple MLB and NFL stadiums; and working on integrations with DoorDash and UberEats.

What's the role?
We are excited to be preparing to launch in LA at the start of December! We are looking for candidates interested in gaining experience with a new product launch. Ideally interested parties ideally would have experience with the problem we are solving for - either having a food allergy or dietary requirement themselves - or having friends or family impacted.
What will I do? • Work directly with co-founders Dylan, Erica (LA based), and Timo (Australia based) - as well as Foodini's board of advisors including the ex head of brand at Apple, ex head of marketing at Google, and ex CMO of Tumblr. • Work with the Foodini team to drive the maximum number of app downloads. • Work to create viral consumer content across TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms . • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future • Work with the marketing team to develop new campaigns, design and create content including video • Gather product feedback from Foodini users • Participate in industry or consumer events to promote Foodini • Work collaboratively with marketing and the product teams to develop future premium features of the Foodini platform • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to gather relevant market insights
