Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual who is not only experienced in sales and relationship management but also possesses deep knowledge of grain cleaning equipment, operations, and customer needs. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and acting as a technical resource to clients, demonstrating Metra's equipment capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the agricultural industry, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions. • Conduct on-site demonstrations and training sessions of Metra's grain cleaning equipment, highlighting the key features and benefits. • Serve as a product expert, addressing technical questions, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer support. • Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using Metra's CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates. • Collaborate closely with the warehouse and operations team to ensure seamless client experiences and equipment fulfillment. • Gather customer feedback and market insights to help drive product improvements and inform marketing strategies. • Represent Metra at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, industrial machinery, or a related field. • Strong technical knowledge of grain cleaning processes and equipment is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management software. • Must be located within a 50-mile radius of 110 Boston Rd, Taylorsville, NC 28681. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.
