The EnergyProgram Manager will transform the technical services sales support team. The project manager will work with internal and external stakeholders, including a broad range of customers, to develop and execute a business case for sales growth.
Energy Program Manager Responsibilities:
This Leader will create synergies between technology, talent, tools, and management systems to monetize site services and application training for our customers.
Build out the technical services map with consideration of voice of customer, identification of successful program criteria, benchmarking, and analysis.
Create a consultancy map to establish relationships with companies and industries.
Characterize risks associated with the services delivered, mitigation plans, and additional actions to ensure compliance with industry standards, practices, and norms.
Establish KPI's of success for program applicable to each function impacted.
Develop documentation of day-to-day program operation.
Creation of budgets, business plans, and detailed actions, along with the necessary resources for execution.
Creation of a customer feedback system for continuous process improvement.
Collaborate effectively with Technical Engineers, Technical Services, Marketing teams and Business Development Leader.
Coordination of commercial efforts with the sales teams, including setting their objectives.
Build a business case with recommendation of next steps to include implementation plan of program.
Develop training plans for team members and customers on all newly developed processes and steps.
Identify and develop recommendations for technical service talent and digital investment.
Energy Program Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
MBA or similar preferred.
2+ years of B2B industrial manufacturing or service experience.
At least 5 years of project management experience.
Energy industry knowledge or experience.
Demonstrated success of implementing a program.
Data analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
Build, propose, and champion a business case.
Excellent communication across various sized groups of internal and external customers and partners.
Travel is expected to be up to 30% (primarily domestic).
