Quality Assurance Line Technician

This position is located in our Yadkinville, NC Facility. 

2nd Shift: Monday thru Thursday 1pm - 11pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for insuring that various inspections and checks are accomplished in the day-to-day operations of production to assure the quality of the product meets company standards and customer requirements.


• Contributes information and analysis to Line Technician Lead and QA Manager


• Identifies and resolves problems; completing audits; determining process improvements.


• Conducts hazard analyses and identifies critical control points with preventive measures


• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and on-hold products.


• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.


• Adheres to all GMP & Safety Procedures

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Quality Assurance Experience Preferred


• Effective Communication Skills

• Good Math Skills


• Reading/Comprehension Abilities


• Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities


• Ability to Work Independently


• Ability to Identify Problems and Respond Accordingly
