The Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association (PNA) and its Foundation (PNAF) are seeking a meticulously organized, initiative-taking professional who excels at managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy to support key administrative functions and assisting with impactful events, programs, and membership services. As the Association Support Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the PNA Foundation’s training programs, awards, contests, and member services, all while contributing to the success of a well-respected news support organization.

SALARY: $20-$22 per hour
BENEFITS:
HYBRID SCHEDULE: Standard office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a one-hour lunch, Mondays and Fridays are virtual; Tuesdays through Thursdays are in the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PNAF (60%) Foundation Support
PNA (25%) Marketing and Membership Support
PNA (15%) PNA Office Administrative Support
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), WordPress, & CRM platforms a plus.
Optimistic, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
Keen attention to detail, time management skills and multi-tasking is required.
Ability to accomplish tasks on a tight deadline and often on short notice.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Other duties as assigned.
