Job Description:

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the client organization and designing its processes and systems. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support the delivery of solutions through validation testing and change management through deployment and customer implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze our organization and design its processes and systems

- Assess the business model and its integration with technology

- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution

- Research, gather and synthesize information

- Support delivery of solutions through validation testing and change management through deployment and customer implementation

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with ServiceNow and Agile Testing
• Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
