RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Developer in Fairfax, VA.

Duties Include:

• Salesforce Production Support Developer will lead and manage the Salesforce production development support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues


• Monitor Salesforce system performance and proactively address any potential disruptions or anomalies


• Troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce issues, including data integrity, integration, and functionality problems


• As a Salesforce Production Support Developer, you will act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce production issues, coordinating with various teams to address and resolve problems and issues and providing timely updates on progress


• Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring they are resolved within defined SLAs


• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments, utilizing top-notch troubleshooting techniques and digging deep into code

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
