The Staffing Specialist is responsible for sourcing the best candidates to join the TrueNet team. This position supports the staffing process. This is a high volume, high touch position that requires a passion high volume fast paced staffing and for developing sourcing strategies, searching for top talent and assessing talent. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)
100% Remote- Full time- Monday - Friday
Must Have Skillsets:
Generate new business by prospecting and targeting utility clients (e.g., electric, gas, water utilities, telecom)
Conduct meetings with utility/ telecom customers to identify staffing needs and recommend the ideal candidate for all opportunities.
Proven track record in staffing/ recruiting for energy/ power utility sector and telecommunications
Knowledge of utility operations, energy solutions, regulatory environment
Ability to understand technical services and communicate their value
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Essential Position Functions:
Reporting to the Staffing Manager, conduct full life cycle staffing for Staff Augment customer opportunities.
Provide talent research support for staffing projects including conducting industry research, internal and external database mining, craft Boolean search strings, support candidate/client interaction and assisting with full life cycle staffing for the Professional Services Division.
Maintain TrueNet social media outlets for Staffing purposes (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.).
Facilitate and manage the initial background processing and initial and renewal badging process to ensure Staff Augment employees have proper identification, customer site and customer database access.
Understand and stay current with market trends and employment conditions within assigned division(s); utilize this information to fine tune sourcing and other talent acquisition strategies.
Drive exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the staffing process.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Assess internal and external talent and source passive and active candidates.
Understand current/future hiring needs and assess the labor market to develop and recommend the right staffing strategies for the business.
Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all positions within the company across multiple business functions.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of full cycle staffing experience required, preferably with 2-3 years specifically staffing for Telecommunications positions.
Experience handling a high volume of positions in a fast-paced environment required.
Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS systems.
Working knowledge of employment laws preferred.
Must have intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
Must be able to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
