Exciting Opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst



Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings with engineers and project managers to document requirements.


• Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.


• Work on projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.


• Generate reports and create documents/presentations using Microsoft Office.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in IT, producing project artifacts.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.


• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.


• Team player with a focus on customer service.


• Analytical mindset and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in the financial services industry.

Familiarity with agile tools like ADO.

Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus.
