Description:
Our client is seeking a Construction & Projects Manager to develop, review, and maintain station procedures. This role ensures technical accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will convert complex tasks into understandable steps for personnel and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Create and revise station procedures.
- Implement recommendations from various departments.
- Ensure compliance with License Bases Documents and safety requirements.
- Prepare and implement Procedure Change Notices.
- Provide technical expertise and resolve issues.
- Develop test methodologies and assist Engineering.
Administrative:
- Ensure documents comply with administrative requirements.
- Implement corrective actions and support outages.
- Serve as a Qualified Procedure Reviewer.
- Coordinate with customers for accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with three years of nuclear power plant experience, including two years in operations/procedure writing.
- OR High school diploma/GED with six years of nuclear power plant experience, including two years in operations, Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
Skills:
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret complex tasks and work under pressure.
- Teamwork skills to solve complex issues.
