Responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing strategies/plans alongside other company executives and staff.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, social media, email and other marketing materials.
  • Copywriting and providing content.
  • Lead in the creation and maintenance of marketing calendars and plans.
  • Drive strategies on lead generation.
  • Project management of department projects.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitor insight.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Responsible for other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 2 years of professional marketing experience required
  • Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Hubspot or other email marketing service
  • Proficiency with web site content management system and search engine optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords, both setup and analytics
  • Familiarity with public relations concepts
  • Should be self-motivated, with ability to work well with changing priorities
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of marketing and business process
