Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, and a project manager who can lead a small team to deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding our client's business requirements related to Label and Artwork Management through stakeholder engagement
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
- Translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements
- Agreeing on project scope, setting goals and objectives, and establishing a clear plan for delivery
- Executing AGILE process to deliver enhancements in accordance with client priorities
- Managing resources effectively and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicating release and change management to stakeholders
- Executing required validation of changes in accordance with client's Global Test Management
The successful candidate will need to flex across Project Management, team leadership, and be prepared to progress specific validation work including authoring documents, performing testing, and verification work.

Education Required: Minimum HS Degree. Candidates must complete a background check & drug screen upon offer. This role may include limited domestic travel.
