Description:
Aquila's Dance Fitness Instructor will teach group dance fitness classes in any format at an Aquila health & fitness managed centers located in Alexandria, VA. We are offering one class per week, either Wednesday or Friday sometime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The pay rate is $55 for a 45 minute class.
As an Instructor, your responsibilities include:
- Teach safe group dance fitness classes
- Demonstrate proper technique and modify movements for different levels
- Educate members concerning safe techniques
- Adhere to departmental and club policies and procedures
- Adhere to client’s policies and procedures
- Assist in promotions and external events
Qualifications:
- Active NCCA accredited group exercise certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM or ACSM) or Aquila approved fitness certification
- Experience teaching dance fitness classes
- Active CPR certification
