Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service in Carlsbad, Ca.
Payrate: $18 an hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm
As a Customer Service you will
Answer all incoming phone calls from customers and call center
Close all customer tasks from call center in timely manner
Ask the customer qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately
Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly
Make service appointments if service consultants are unavailable, route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant
Misc tasks from Service Manager
Print power packs (customer information) for next day service appointments
Provide reporting to dealership management
Loan agreements for loaner vehicles
Call inactive customers for re-engagement
Close repair orders
File accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets, file hard copies of repair orders in customer service files
Scanning all Service files
This is a full time opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
Filling experience
Scanning documents
Answering incoming calls to set service appointments, or other issues with products or services.
Making outbound calls that service is coming due or that clients have recalls on their vehicle
Identify customers' needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Completing other duties as assigned by management
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
