Kforce has a client that is looking for a SAAS Enterprise Consultant in Odessa, FL.
Roles and Responsibilities:
SAAS Enterprise Consultant will act as a senior strategic advisor to enterprise clients, providing guidance, project management, and support throughout their implementation and adoption journey and converting contracted revenue into realized revenue
Develop a deep understanding of the company's software solutions and become a trusted expert in our product offerings
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, CX, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer initiatives
Independently lead professional services engagements, overseeing project scoping, planning, and execution to deliver high-quality results
Identify and address customer challenges, leveraging your knowledge of property management industry best practices and change management principles
As a SAAS Enterprise Consultant, you will build and own strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction
Become a thought leader around industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact our clients, and proactively provide relevant insights and recommendations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies, sharing feedback and best practices to enhance our service delivery
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
Travel up to 25% of the time or more as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or technology firms, with a focus on enterprise-level consulting, strategy, or technology implementation
Proven track record of driving transformative change and delivering exceptional results for large enterprise clients
Prior experience managing a team (direct or indirect leadership experience)
Deep understanding of and experience with SaaS solutions and their implementation within complex organizational environments
Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and executive teams
Significant expertise in change management methodologies and experience navigating organizational complexities and resistance to change
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business challenges and design innovative solutions
Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
