Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
8-10 years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in admissions operations and enrollment systems.
Expertise in current and emerging policies, practices, and technologies related to admissions operations and enrollment systems.
Knowledge of admissions and financial aid operations technology and software gained through relevant education or work experience.
Strong technical skills with demonstrated work experience architecting solutions, scripting/ programming, and SQL development
Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack) for communication, documentation, and workflow management.
Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to admissions and compliance, including international admissions, enrollment, advising and transcript evaluation services, and FERPA.

Provide leadership for the core functions of admissions operations, including implementing and optimizing admissions and financial aid systems (Slate, Banner).
Directly develop and enhance technological platforms to streamline business procedures and improve data security, accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
Manage the processing of admissions applications and ensure data integrity and efficient information flow across stakeholders.
Lead decision-making on the integration, design, and functionality of application management and CRM systems.
Develop and optimize processes to improve staff efficiency and system functionality.

Analyze reports to improve onboarding and enrollment practices, collaborating with campus stakeholders to align processes with institutional goals.
Collect and analyze data metrics on communication plans and student responses, providing insights to guide future strategies.

Ensure compliance with institutional, local, and federal regulations, including FERPA, FCC, HIPAA, and software licensing agreements, while coordinating with stakeholders to maintain adherence to grant requirements and MOUs.
