POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Professional is responsible for prospecting and bringing on new tankwagon fuel, lubricant, fuel services, and transport customers, as well as supporting and maintaining satisfaction of current customers. They are required to maintain sales and service to their existing accounts while exploring opportunities to grow the relationships. An individual in this role must create an interest of doing business with Colonial Oil Inc, work with our Credit Department to get the account credit approved, work with our A/P department to get the account set up within our Backoffice, work with our Supply and Logistics teams to get transportation and supplier clearances in place, ensure quotes and invoices are going out to the customer correctly, and assist our A/R department with payment issues. The Sales Professional is expected to be responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails while providing good customer service and developing ongoing relationships.
