Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement based out of our New York City. This role is vital for enhancing the adoption and efficiency of our sales technology stack across the global commercial organization, ensuring that targets are consistently met and exceeded. The Senior Associate will be responsible for onboarding sales teams onto various technology platforms and will serve as the primary advocate for the sales tech stack. By collaborating closely with the broader Commercial organization and CRM operations, the Senior Associate will enable the sales force to effectively utilize technological resources, driving commercial success through a strong passion for technology. FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
