Core Responsibilities:
Treatment Planning & Care:
Execute personalized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Select engaging activities to help patients hit their goals.
Revise care plans with input from patients and families.
Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families.
Share discharge instructions and connect patients with community resources.
Serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehab services and equipment.
Patient Assessment:
Collaborate with physicians to create and evaluate treatment programs and goals.
Develop realistic care and discharge plans with patients and families.
Documentation:
Accurately document evaluations and care plans per departmental guidelines.
Record each treatment session according to protocols.
Complete all required documentation, including family education and discharge plans.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy.
Licenses & Certifications:
Occupational Therapist license (required upon hire).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Instructor level preferred).
Experience:
Relevant experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented mindset.
Basic computer proficiency.
