A well-established law firm in Arlington County is seeking a motivated Legal Administrator to join their team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with equivalent experience to start or advance their careers in the legal field.
As a Legal Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's operations and ensuring smooth interactions with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and client support, including handling client inquiries, managing requests, and maintaining accurate records.
Oversee the processing of client orders, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date information on custodial contacts and locations.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on pending requests and resolve any issues, delays, or concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the efficient completion of tasks and provide assistance where needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
