ABOUT THE ROLE
The Implementation Manager will serve a critical function to ensure client objectives are not just met but exceeded. Partnering closely with the Customer Development and Delivery Teams, this role will support the successful execution of client deliverables as well as nurturing and expanding client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the performance and wellbeing of our clients.
The ideal candidate believes that every aspect of the client experience is important and wants to be involved at all stages of the customer journey. From helping to craft the final client strategy to scheduling stakeholder meetings, a successful candidate must be willing and able to get into the weeds while simultaneously understanding the larger strategy for the company.
Applicants for this role must have a deep understanding and experience with project and program management. They must be able to lead project teams, oversee the delivery of numerous initiatives at once, and assist in the development of new systems and processes. The person in this role must easily communicate with stakeholders - from senior executives at the companies we serve to the broad range of contractors and talent we engage internally, and they know how to take charge, lead decisively, while still leaving space in the room for others' ideas. This person should enjoy the subject of high performance, is curious about mindset training, and wants to be a part of a team interested in the same. The Implementation Manager is an individual contributor position, reports directly to the Key Accounts Director, and works closely with both the Customer Development and Delivery Teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the successful completion of project milestones and deliverables
Partner with the Customer Development and Delivery Teams to turn client SOWs into implementation programs, ensuring we deliver against client deliverables and have the right resources, planning, and processes in place
Meet with client stakeholders to ensure that expectations are exceeded
Improve internal systems, processes and resources to optimize project and program execution
Travel as needed to support project delivery and client relationships for certain projects and/or high-profile events
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years Project and/or Program management experience
Experience managing and servicing client relationships. Experience with Fortune 50 companies a plus
Experience working as part of a team
Experience working in a startup environment
You should be a highly motivated self-starter, have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable leading numerous projects at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The ability to travel as needed for client projects and certain events
Bonus: Prior work experience in the athletic, entertainment, or event industries
LOCATION
This is a hybrid role based in El Segundo, CA. Some remote work (about 2 days per week) is allowed. Domestic and some international travel will be required as needed to support certain clients and events.
