MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as an Operations Program Manager.
Essential Functions:
Strong knowledge in Hi-tech Military Grade Communications equipment to include: Cabinet Assembly, Cable Harness, Automate Circuit Card Assembly, and Box Build.
Monitor order status, including material status, managing WIP areas, location accuracy, inventory discrepancies, manufacturing and program support, and communication support
Support overall Program by contributing schedule inputs and changes into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), maintaining timely and effective change management processes and procedures
Coordinate and Negotiate workflow through multiple work centers to secure needed resources while ensuring hanging customer demands, and schedule deadlines are met
Serve as the Earned Value Work Package Manager for assigned programs
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Significant working experience with execution of earned value management (EVM)
U.S. Citizenship required.
Experienced with all phases of manufacturing and program management (development, planning, conceptual design, requirements definition, preliminary design, prototyping, test and evaluation, integration, entry to production, etc.
