We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join our team in Atlanta and its northern suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects in hospitality, office, municipal, and other forms of commercial construction. Please note that Sales Managers Scrum Masters, product managers or IT will not be considered.

Roles Available:
Project Manager
Take ownership of individual projects, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Leading preconstruction efforts with estimating teams.
Managing subcontractor procurement and contract agreements.
Monitoring project schedules and progress.
Handling submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Enforcing safety and quality compliance on-site.
Senior Project Manager
Lead multiple projects and mentor a team of 3-5 Project Managers or Engineers while overseeing overall project performance. Additional responsibilities include:
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders to secure future opportunities.
Managing budgets, schedules, and monthly cost projections across projects.
Representing the company in client meetings and project discussions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Project Manager: Minimum of 5 years managing commercial construction projects.
Senior Project Manager: Minimum of 10 years managing large-scale projects, including hospitality, office, and municipal builds.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor and lead project teams effectively.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore preferred) and scheduling software.
Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead discussions confidently.
Multi-Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages.
