We are seeking candidates for the position of Architectural Staff with initiative to grow their design career. We offer a high degree of project contact and design impact for you to gain broad project experience. We are a welcoming office where you will work closely with Project Architects and Principals to develop and produce project designs.
To be considered for this role, the skills we're looking for include:
A bachelors degree in Architecture preferably from a NAAB accredited school
3-5 years of direct architectural experience
Proficient knowledge of Revit (3 years of experience), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suites
Effective communication skills - verbal and written
Working knowledge of building science and technology and a desire to collaborate - this is a position where you will develop and document designs as part of a team.
Working knowledge of building code, accessibility, and zoning principles
Motivation to produce creative and high-quality work.
As a member of our design team, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in project management including client and consultant coordination
Producing conceptual and schematic designs for small projects
Participating in design solutions for medium to large projects
Coordinate and direct the work of junior staff during drawing production phases
Preparing existing conditions narratives
Assisting in developing code reports, programs, and recommendations
Project schedules and work plans
Participation in Construction Administration
