LHH is partnering with a high-growth, healthcare company that is located in Lewisville, Texas. We are searching for a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's Data Management Team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and business consulting to drive overall company performance. This role will involve financial modeling, strategic analysis, and financial reporting, with a focus on actionable insights to their business leaders. This position will be in-office and we are targeting a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 with a bonus potential of 10%.
Responsiblities:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Use Excel extensively (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, Power Query, etc.) to clean, manipulate, and analyze data.
Develop and maintain complex Excel models and reports to summarize key metrics and KPIs for various business functions.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in performance.
Create and maintain custom Excel dashboards for executive-level reporting.
Automate repetitive tasks using advanced Excel functions such as VBA, macros, and Power Pivot.
Use Power Query to aggregate, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing.
Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner, creating easy-to-understand reports, charts, and dashboards for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Provide data support to various teams including marketing, finance, operations, and product management.
Lead data-driven projects and mentor junior analysts in data techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other related field
7+ years' working experience within a Corporate Finance or related position
Advanced skills within Excel including creating models from scratch
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
