Job Description
This Program Manager will assist in developing RFI and monitoring the implementation of the Employment Verification System to improve efficiency and timeliness experience in employment verification systems, preferably for SNAP.
Required Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience and Skills: • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager • Social Services • Experience in proposal writing and draft RFI's • Ability to analyze documentation and information • Verbal/Written Communication
Preferred Experience and Skills: • Experience with SNAP program
Program Manager Key Responsibilities: • Assess department needs and draft a technical Request for Information (RFI) for an Employment Verification integration using the Grants Management System • Evaluate and manage the RFI responses, review all responses and demonstrations obtained, assess appropriateness using assessment data, and ensure aligns with SNAP policy for effective program implementation • The preferred candidate will have experience leading requests for information initiatives and understand the SNAP employment verification requirements under the SNAP program
