Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Receptionist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our client's team, providing a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, clients, and guests
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, and maintaining visitor logs
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department, including data entry, filing, preparing documents, and managing office supplies
- Assist with office organization and support office events when needed
- This is a contract position from 12/02/2024 to 01/31/2025
Required Skills for Receptionist:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
