Position Overview:
As a Licensed Architect at Client, you'll play a key role in managing projects from inception to construction, fostering client relationships, and mentoring team members. You'll leverage your expertise in design, project management, and technology to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage architectural projects through all phases, from concept to construction completion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their vision is realized.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite to produce design and construction documentation.
Collaborate with leadership to support staff retention and new client acquisition.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and client standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a licensed architect, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project experience.
Licensure: Active architectural license in California.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
