Our client, a global electronic solutions provider serving the transportation and industrial end markets, is seeking a Corporate Strategy Senior Analyst to join their organization and report directly to the Vice President of Strategy and M&A. This role is integral to driving their strategic initiatives & transformational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across and outside the organization to identify and implement strategies that drive organizational value, supporting long-term transformation initiatives aligned with company goals
Apply value stream mapping to identify and illustrate operational value-creation opportunities
Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify business process improvements and prepare reports, presentations, and data insights for executive briefings, board meetings, and leadership updates on key strategic priorities
Develop materials and communication plans to support organizational change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial , Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management
Experience in and passion for operations analysis and strategy is a must - a strong candidate will be fluent in concepts such as value stream mapping, Ishikawa diagrams, and pareto charts
At least three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or consulting company
Demonstrated analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying value-creation opportunities and process improvements
Sound understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience tailoring insights for executive audiences
Proficiency in data visualization, analysis, and business presentation tools
