RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Windchill Lead Solution/Technical Architect Farmington, CT.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End PLM Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Digital Thread, encompassing requirements management, part and BOM management, CAD integration, change management, verification and validation management, quality management, supplier management, product management, and service


• PLM Integration: Oversee the integration of PLM with CAD, other PLM systems, ERP, sales, purchasing, and other enterprise systems


• Data Migration: Manage the migration of data to PLM, ensuring data integrity and consistency


• Product Management: Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning with business goals


• Analytics Implementation: Implement analytics solutions within the PLM environment to drive insights and decision-making


• Data Architecture: Design and maintain the overall data model and data architecture for PLM


• Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of PLM systems to the cloud, ensuring scalability and performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in end-to-end PLM implementation and integration


• Hands-on experience with data migration and data architecture


• Experience with implementing analytics in PLM


• Strong technical expertise in Windchill and related PLM tools


• Knowledge of product management and strategy development


• Familiarity with cloud technologies and PLM cloud migration


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading workshops and providing technical guidance


• Previous experience managing a team, preferably with remote team members


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
