We seek to hire a Director of Customer Service (VP level) with a positive teamwork attitude to join a team that has acquired this long-established NYC Metro HVAC Company that has tripled growth in the first 5 years under new management. Proven ability to manage 'call center' service reps across various locations.
Experience developing and successfully implementing best practices using software, job booking, payment processing, etc.
