We are seeking a Web Development Manager to lead a team of web designers and developers to build/maintain websites for our clients and business units. We expect you to have well-developed technical skills with an appreciation for aesthetic design. A familiarity with Story Brand principles would be a plus. You will be joining a collaborative Digital team dedicated to maintaining and developing websites in low and no-code environments across various platforms including WordPress and our proprietary CMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead/manage a team of designers, developers, and outside resources to build and manage websites for our members.
  • Work closely with our development and marketing teams to achieve the best representation of our clients' brands online.
  • Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues. Ensure website functionality and ongoing performance stability.
  • Actively participate in design reviews, providing creative input and insights.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Maintain, update and optimize existing websites to meet current web and brand standards.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in experience in leading, developing, and managing websites.
  • A strong work knowledge of content managements systems (WordPress/Duda/Etc.)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, Node, PHP, and backend revisions/improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues. Ensure website functionality and ongoing performance stability.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Great mindfulness, and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback, maintaining a professional and optimistic candor.
  • Position will be "In Office" at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN
