Must Haves • 10+ years of experience with end user device support • Strong networking experience • Previous experience supporting VIP's & CEO's • Has a strong background working and understanding Thermal, Zebra, Label, and SAP printers • Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS • ServiceNow ticketing system experience • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support • Strong customer service skills to C- Suite Executives
Day to Day
Our Client is looking for a Site Technician to support their Memphis Site. This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including C-suite executives and needs to have experience with thermal, zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone in a plant environment. The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/ printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.
