Job Description:

Pacific Coast Companies, Inc. is the dedicated team of professionals that provide a comprehensive range of business services and support to the Pacific Coast Building Products family of companies and their respective companies. Services include IT applications support, marketing and advertising, accounting and tax management, environmental consulting, human resources, information technology, risk management and internal auditing, and legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect requirements, analyze business flows, document it, and extend it in functional requirements.
  • Serve as a critical liaison between engineering and business units, ensuring that project goals and expectations are well-communicated and understood.
  • Manage ticket support process. Review and prioritize tickets.
  • Participate in process analysis and design to enhance systems capabilities.
  • Develop and coordinate test scenarios, providing ongoing support throughout UAT (User Acceptance Testing) stages.
  • Provide in-person assistance to business teams during testing phases, helping with SAP navigation, troubleshooting, and ensuring process alignment with requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of requirements, from gathering and documentation to ensuring traceability.
  • Create and update a traceability matrix linking requirements to test cases.
  • Participate actively in design and build discussions, leveraging SAP S/4 HANA knowledge to ensure alignment with business processes.
  • Support documentation and keep it up to date.
  • Communicate users to collect additional information.

Qualifications:
  • Practical experience in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC as a super user (5+ years) or SAP consultant/ Functional analyst (3+ Years). Experience with SAP TM, SF, or IS will be a plus.
  • Proven track record as a Business Systems Analyst or Consultant, particularly with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated independence, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across teams.
  • Experience is support and new development projects.
  • Knowledge of SysAid, Jira, Miro, Visio or any other FA tools required.

This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical individual with understanding of SAP and strong functional analytics skills.
